- 15 fire safety services under one contract

A building is only as safe as its last test. We do the testing, fix what fails, and give you the evidence: certificates, photographs and records filed by building, ready for your fire risk assessor, your insurer or the Building Safety Regulator.
What we do
Every service is drawn from the same symbol set our engineers use on site drawings.

- Fire risk assessmentsFire risk assessments with a prioritised action plan, carried out by competent assessors to the PAS 79 method.
- Building safety case supportPractical support for Accountable Persons of higher-risk buildings: the safety case, the safety case report, and the evidence behind them.
- EWS1 formsEWS1 external wall fire reviews for blocks of flats, so leaseholders can sell and remortgage, with honest advice on whether you need one at all.
- PAS 9980 external wall appraisalsProportionate, risk-based appraisals of external walls and balconies to PAS 9980:2022, for building owners and Accountable Persons.
- Fire stopping and compartmentationIntrusive compartmentation surveys and certified fire stopping, recorded penetration by penetration so the evidence is there when you need it.
Evidence, not assurances
Building safety law has moved from "we think it's fine" to "show me". Every visit we make produces a record you can hand to someone else without explanation.
- A line per door, detector, light or vent, with an outcome
- Photographs before and after any remedial work
- Certificates in the format each British Standard sets out
- Reports filed by building, ready for your golden thread
| Door | Location | Max gap | Outcome |
|---|---|---|---|
| FD-4.02 | Flat entrance | 3 mm | Pass |
| FD-4.03 | Flat entrance | 5 mm | Fail: gap at head |
| FD-4.S1 | Stair lobby | 3 mm | Pass |
| FD-4.R1 | Riser cupboard | 4 mm | Advisory: sign missing |
Each door is logged with photographs, gap readings, closer and seal checks, and a priced remedial line where it fails.
How a job runs
Tell us about the building
Use the form or send us your fire risk assessment action plan. A few details on height, use and current systems are enough to start.
Survey or desktop review
Where we need to see the building, we visit. For some jobs, such as EWS1 scoping, we start with the documents you already hold.
Fixed quote
You get a written, fixed price with a clear scope. Nothing chargeable happens without your approval.
Work and certification
Our engineers carry out the work and leave the right certificates, photographs and logbook entries.
Records and reminders
Reports are filed by building and we remind you before the next test, inspection or review is due.
Across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland
Fire safety law is devolved, so a landlord in Glasgow, Cardiff and Belfast has three different sets of rules to follow. Every report we write reflects the law where the building is.

Questions we are often asked
Do you cover the whole of the UK?
Yes. We work across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, and every report reflects the fire safety law in the nation where your building is.
Can you take over a building from another contractor?
Yes. We start with a full test and condition survey so we know exactly what we are taking on, then move you onto a planned maintenance schedule.
Do you work on higher-risk buildings?
Yes. We support Accountable Persons with safety case evidence, PAS 9980 appraisals, compartmentation surveys and planned maintenance records for buildings in the higher-risk regime.
Is an EWS1 form a fire safety certificate?
No. It is a valuation document for lenders. A building can have an EWS1 and still need fire safety improvements. We will tell you honestly whether you need one at all.
How quickly can you attend?
Planned work is usually booked within days. If your panel is showing a fault or your building has no working alarm, tell us in the form and we will prioritise it.
